At Greenwood Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
